Following the success of their event in partnership with 4Youth back in April, the ATBShop Skate Warehouse is returning to King George V Playing Fields this August.
With funding and support from Melksham Town Council as well as the Wiltshire Council FUEL Programme, the events are taking place on both Thursday 8th and Thursday 22nd August.
The events will be held at Melksham Skate Park from 11am to 4pm, with a FREE lunch provided by the FUEL team, and will feature free skating and scooting tuition, games and competitions led by ATBShop Skate Warehouse.
Run by a strong team of extreme sports enthusiasts, ATBShop Skate events are jam-packed with demonstrations, giveaways, and music. Everyone is welcome to take part, from toddlers to teens. Even parents accompanying their children have been known to get involved!
The FUEL Programme is part of the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme run by the Department for Education and aims to provide healthy meals and enriching activities to children from low-income families. However, everyone is welcome to attend these FREE events.
