The Third Step works with adults who are adjusting to life changing circumstances, including those impacted by cancer, either personally, surrounded by, or through grief and loss.

The Third Step have first hand experience of walking alongside people who have been impacted by life changing circumstances. Becka provides a compassionate and supportive space through online therapy services to navigate life changes, building practical coping strategies and emotional resilience to manage stress and find meaningful steps to take forward.

The Third Step approach is a tailored blend of:

CBT – The interconnection of thoughts, feelings and behaviour and identifying where changes would be helpful.
ACT – Accepting what can’t be changed and focusing on value based living.
Hypnotherapy – A collaborative process: being guided to use your own imagination to induce positive emotional and behavioural changes for improved outcomes.
Mindfulness – An awareness of the present moment and observing thoughts, feelings and sensations without judgement.

The Third Step philosophy is you don’t have to walk alone.
