The Town Plan sets out Melksham Town Council’s priorities for the next three years. It explains where we are focusing our efforts, how we deliver for our community, and how progress will be measured.
The plan reflects our commitment to supporting a strong community, protecting and enhancing the environment, creating opportunities, and ensuring the council is well‑run, transparent and financially responsible.
A detailed annual Action Plan will accompany the Town Plan, setting out the specific projects and activities to be delivered each year. Progress will be reviewed regularly to ensure priorities remain aligned and delivery is clearly monitored and reported.
We will continue to work with residents, businesses and partners to deliver these commitments and ensure Melksham remains a place people are proud to call home.
