Mayor’s Christmas Card Competition 2024
Every year the Melksham Town Mayor sends Christmas cards to key people in the local area such as Chief Executives, Councillors, and Headteachers, and we would like to invite young artists from Melksham to enter their designs for this year’s card.
The competition is open to all Melksham Town children aged 0-11!
The winning design will be featured on the Mayor’s Christmas Card for 2024 and the artist will be invited to turn on the lights at 6pm at the Christmas Market & Lights Switch On Event on Saturday 7th December 2024!
The theme of your design is completely up to you, but our judging criteria will include:
Creativity
Humour
Originality
Impact and
Relatability
Please send us your designs by Monday 21st October 2024, and we will be in touch with the Mayor’s feedback and winner as soon as possible!
You can do this by dropping them in to Melksham Town Hall, or posting them to Melksham Town Hall, Market Place, Melksham, SN12 6ES.
You can also scan and email them to comms-events@melksham-tc.gov.uk.
