Mayor’s Reception

The Mayor’s Reception is a flagship event in Melksham, celebrating the Mayor’s year, raising vital funds for chosen charities, and honouring individuals who make a real difference in our community.

This annual gathering can bring over 180 guests together, including residents, local businesses, and civic leaders placing your business in front of some of the most influential members of our community.

Last year, the Mayor’s Reception raised over £3,400 for FearFree and Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance from the support of businesses and residents. Guests were treated to an exquisite evening of musical entertainment, live auction and raffle, while enjoying complimentary drinks and a delicious spread of tapas.

This year, with your support, the Mayor’s Reception strives to raise even more and treat out community volunteers to a night out that they’ll remember.
